I just want to say thank you thank you thank you. To the man from good guys vape that I spoke with over the phone. A week ago I bought a smok al85 model from a different vape store on Paxton st to replace the smok v8 that I had for a year (No problems with it and I was very happy with it but I wanted an upgrade) I went through 4 coils in the matter of a week. Using the same liquid I've been using and it being a smok product I knew there had to be something wrong with the model itself. The store I bought it from was very rude, I didn't even ask for my money back I just asked them to replace it with a different smok model because this one was obviously not working for me. They refused and was very rude. I spent 80$ and could not afford to spend another 80$ so obviously I was upset. I called good guys to see if they were still open because it was snowing and the man not only listened to my problem but gave me some outstanding advice that worked perfectly. He was so kind and even informed me I was not the only one who has had this complaint about this model. The other store told me I must be doing something wrong. I am so happy with my experience I will now be taking my business to them and I will never go to east cost vapor ever again. I suggest if you want experienced and polite help you do the same. I found Good Guy Vapes online while I was in the Hershey area and looking for a nearby vape shop. I am new to vaping as a recent “former” smoker. I had been to other shops in the past when I had tried to quit smoking and I felt like I was being rushed out and that I was a bother. This was NOT the case with Good Guy!!!!
