Rainbow Snow & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Palmyra

Rainbow Snow has delicious ice cream and snowballs (shaved ice). They have a variety of different flavors you can put on your snowball, and you can even get yours "stuffed" - ice cream and shaved ice together. The service has always been good, and there's a nice seating area behind the business for you to enjoy your treats. I especially love their peanut butter soft serve and their pina colada snowballs.

My wife ordered two of the desserts with ice crea em in them and even specified that she wanted vanilla in both. Shortly after getting in the car we realized they were made wrong and didn't have any ice cream. No big deal, people make mistakes. We returned to get the order fixed. The sales clerk insisted my wife ordered wrong and said she would need to pay for an order ice cream on the side and mix it in herself.

Unfortunately this is the second time we have experienced poor costumer service. We really wanted to like this place but the poor service has left a bad taste...

Awesome experiance!!! Cute little place off side of the road. Great people fast service even though they were very busy. Would have given it 5 stars but it really could use signs telling you that there is parking to the side of the building and dining area in the back. We parked on the street and ate on the sidewalk. Did not see the parking off the ally and eating area in the back till we were leaving. Great prices, food was awesome!!!
