Placed an order, waited the 45 minutes for it. Showed up and waited another 20 minutes to find out they were arguing about making my order after someone else's because I "didn't show up yet" so when I asked about it they said they were making it, I go to sit down and hear them start arguing about if it's steak or chicken, it's labeled CHICKEN. I'm no stranger to customer service as I work in the sector, but dang this just wasn't it. All about supporting local small business. But I ordered online and accidently put in the wrong address and didn't realized until after the order was placed. I called once and the man on the phone said he would give my number to the delivery driver who will then call me for the correct address. I never got a call. I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I only ever put up with this business because their food was half decent. They are always RUDE both in person and on the phone. This will be my last time ordering. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before calling to check the status of my order. They said they were at my residence earlier and that I didn't answer. While waiting I was actually on my couch, which is right by the window and never saw or heard anyone at my door. They never called either. ...
