Top Gun Military Apparel — Attraction in Palmyra

Excellent place that’s packed with a LOT of different surplus items from militaries and governments from all over the world with really reasonable prices. Blankets, holsters, tents, ponchos, boots, belts, bags, coats, sweaters, hats, gloves, can openers, vintage books, scale models, medical gear and a TON of equipment that’s always circulating. I saw an actual PRC Radio at a good price and picked up a pair of vintage field phones for my kids scout troop at a great price. Also unlike other stores they deal with a lot of true military surplus items and quality gear and not junk that you can buy on Amazon that falls apart within a few weeks - I learned my lesson there. The staff is also really friendly and will point you in the right direction with your needs if you just ask them for assistance.

Trust me it’s the best surplus store in the area. I will continue to go here for my camping, scouting and hiking needs...

I travel for work, and as my current job was winding down I found myself in sudden need of a good backpack or duffel for a pop-up overnight trip to Texas. As a former Marine, and having passed this place on my way to and from work while on this job, I figured I’d find exactly what I was looking for there. I called ahead to ask about the parking situation, there was no answer and the voicemail box was not set up. So I drive there figuring I’d just make the block and find the public parking lot back behind the building somewhere. I found a few parking lots, but they all were private. Not having time to keep wasting in search of parking, I had to abort my mission. It’s a shame. I’m sure if I could have gotten in there without fear of missing my flight, I would have come out with exactly...

I ordered a unit hat order #2267. When I ordered I received a confirmation of my order, and a message that said they would notify me when my order was ready. This was on May 7th 2019. I still haven't heard from them. I sent them 3 emails asking for an ETA. They never gave me the courtesy of a reply. When I was stationed in Yokosuka Japan, the hat booths could turn out a great hat in about 5 minutes. Why can't Top Gun Navy turn out a hat in a couple weeks? Really poor or no...
