Read moreWe had an amazing time at the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo. I went with my fiancé and my brother’s family of five, and we spent a solid 4 to 5 hours enjoying everything the place has to offer. Tickets were only $14 per person, which felt like a great deal.
We got to see several animal feedings and even met the beautiful eagle, Sequoia. The treehouse was a total hit, and it wasn’t just for the kids. We all had fun exploring and climbing through it. My personal favorite was the fish tunnel. It was peaceful and calming, and I could have easily stayed there for hours. My fiancé loves raccoons, so she spent most of her time with them and was thrilled to watch them up close.
After the zoo, we went inside to check out the hands-on science exhibits. These were just as fun for the adults as they were for the kids. Playing with the golf ball ramps with my niece and nephew was one of the best parts. We finished our visit in the dinosaur garden, had a snack, and took some great photos. The sand pit fossil dig looked awesome, but it was a hot day and the sand was too warm for the kids to play in comfortably.
We had so much fun and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It is engaging, interactive, and well designed. Even the adults were having a great time right...
