If you come and park by Ivy Hill Plaza (Where City Supermaket is located), public beware that this towing company will tow your car even if you step your human feet out of your car for 1 minute to quickly go inside one of the establishments. Without even giving you a courtesy, they will put your car on the lift and if you call on the phone he won’t say that the phone call is being recorded as well. They will lie and tell you that one of the businesses in the plaza called when that’s not the case at all. Other civilians that were outside the businesses also said that the owner of this towing company is a “scam artist”, and intentionally tows people’s cars, and puts it on the lift, because he knows a person is gonna give them money quickly. He charged my son $150 for quickly going inside Panda Garden Chinese to pick up his food. He didn’t even bother giving him a receipt or a message to confirm he paid either. This business owner is very unprofessional and ignorant. Under any means necessary, he will do anything in order to acquire money. There are no signs posted stating “tow-away zone” in front of any of the businesses. So just beware that if you are quickly going inside of a business and park in front of the building for under 5 minutes, your car...

I do not recommend this towing company based in Garfield, NJ. Between midnight and early morning, they operate in private parking lots within communities such as Newark, Irvington, and East Orange, towing vehicles even from paid spots. They record interactions, seemingly for content, without considering the financial hardships many people face.

My vehicle was towed from a parking space I had paid for, with the driver claiming my decal wasn’t visible—even though it was. When I provided proof of payment, he dismissed it, stating that other cars in the lot had also paid, as though that justified the towing. This company’s approach appears to target certain areas and individuals in ways that feel unfair.

When I explained I was going through a difficult time after losing my mother, the response lacked empathy, making comparisons that felt dismissive. Businesses should operate fairly and with professionalism, especially in communities where people are already facing financial difficulties.

Bailey transport - top notch! A crisp Saturday late afternoon, wanting to get home before dark and colder temperatures. My wives CVO Road glide runs low on air and quickly. We had a pump but no good, tire would not hold air. The sun was setting and we called Roy at Bailey transport. He was out on the highway with us within 20 minutes. His equipment was what is needed to correctly tow a motorcycle. An insert in a pickup truck that articulates down to the ground for loading the bike.. Front tire was chocked and ratchet strapped in. Solid, then the platform raises into the truck, no chance it would be damaged. We were rescued from a bad spot in the dark on the interstate and had bike in the garage within 40 minutes.
