Juicy Platters - Paramus — Restaurant in Paramus

I had this a few weeks back and totally forgot to review. But you're in luck because I was hangry today, and Juicy came to the rescue. Small Mediterranean chain (I believe there's about 4), but nonetheless, this location is great. Service is always great and food is good. One day, I will do a review on food that's not take-out....today is not the day. I ordered ahead and picked up. The fries- pipping hot (sooo good) and a lot of them! Also had the chicken pita and Falafel pita (pics included). The pita on both was a tad wet (soggy), but still good. The Falafel pita I had when I got home. I replaced the iceberg with some romaine, and it was delicioso....(not because of the romaine) the sandwich is good (periodt). Now I will say that the only uhmmm confusion I had was I ordered pita with hummus and the hummus looks/tastes sooo creamy and delish while... they rolled up this one lonely thin piece of pita bread in foil... I thought I was getting pita chips or at least a healthier looking pita bread. Oh well. Either way I'd recommend eating here. They have a selection of Pitas, Wraps, Salads (Gyro, Mix, Chicken, Falafel), Fries, they even have wings (haven't tried). This location is the best. Kudos to them! We ordered from this location excited they have the wings (another location we used to pick up from no longer had them. Hubby is a big fan of the wings and I became one too!) Anyway, we ordered the wings, with our favorite sides of sauce to dip. Order came. No sides of sauce. I emailed the store letting them know we were disappointed because we really love their wings (not a lie). Since emailing is usually the only way to get though “these days,” I was expecting a response tomorrow with a refund of $3 or a coupon off my next order. Not that I wanted either, I just really was sad about the sauce. We were excited for their wings! Anyway, instead of that.. the manager or an employee ACTUALLY came to deliver us an extra order of wings with our 2 sides of sauce! It was not good they were missing 2 sides of sauce to begin with, but it’s wonderful that good business and customer care still exists b Unfortunately we were so surprised by this we didn’t even get the manager or employee’s name who dropped them off. What started back in Fair Lawn, which I’ve visited, has grown and expanded to Paramus, where my partner and I attended an Elite Event tonight thanks to Hailey and the Yelp team. Opened only for a month at the former site of &Pizza, Juicy Platters is a local Mediterranean-inspired, Halal platter chain owned by Jaffar Wahdat. Upon arrival, one might not find the place right away as the establishment is waiting for their storefront sign. The only indication is a red heart with the white letter "J!" in its storefront window. Upon entering, we were greeted by the store manager, Jason, and his staff. On this occasion, each of us was able to order an entree, one side, and a drink. We ordered the falafel platter with a side of maduros (sweet plantains) and the chicken platter with Green Blast (Kale, Spinach & Homemade Lime Dressing) and a side of fries.
