Dibya Brow Threading — Attraction in Parma

I’ve been coming here for a year as it’s close to home and never had a bad experience, until today. Usually I have a younger woman who does my eyebrow threading and she always does a great job. Today I ran in to get them done before a wedding tonight and an older woman was in there. Unsure of names. I was very obviously displeased with the way they looked and asked if she could thin them more and she told me then they’d be too thin. I’ve been getting them the same way for years and know what I like. After two times of her telling me they would be too thin when I told her I didn’t like the shape, I asked her to at least trim them because they were still very long. Then I looked in the mirror and between my eyebrows are still many straggling hairs, I asked if she would clean it up with the threading. Said she did. (She did not I would have felt it) so went over it very quickly and said there. Still have hairs surrounding my eyebrows that should have been cleaned up and hairs in the middle. Barely looks like I got them done as they’re still thicker than normal. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and attitude I received when I was asking very calmly to do them the way I always get them done. I didn’t say anything else, just paid and left. I tried to come here 3 times and I wanted to like it for multiple reasons. It was suggested from a friend. The price point was better than previous places I had been. However every time I went there was only 1 person working, and I waited bare minimum 30 minutes. The chair is not sanitized between use. As someone with ocd and anxiety I had an awful experience. My eyebrow shape is butchered! 2 big holes in the top of my right brow, too much taken off the ends, and all over uneven and unclean. The fronts of my eyebrows are atrocious. I did ask her to fix them and she was confused on what I was asking and at that point I had a lack of trust to ever have her touch my eyebrows again. I called and was able to get right in. Dibya had few clients and when it came to my turn she was very professional she asked what service I needed and how I like things done! I am very use to going to a Indian Solon and getting “ okay sit and we’ll do what we want”” No Dibya was very professional and hygienic, she cleaned her hands and explained the whole process. I appreciated her service cause I want that professionalism that I am use to at an American solons.
