Love the halloween vibes. We were in recently and not a great experience.still giving 4 stars bc i think it was just the people working maybe or an off night. We ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, and potatoes skins- just sharing apps. They were out of wings (but had the wing dings), out of mozzarella sticks too. Were easy so we said wing dings it is and mushrooms instead. We knew the old wing dings took awhile- no biggie. 25 minutes later the wing dings came out with the wrong sauce. We told the guy who brought them anshe said, "I dont know i just deliver food." Alright.

Then the server came around and we told her and she said, oh well. So I asked for a side of the sauce and she charged me for that. We only ate a few of the wings because neither of us like garlic parms-it was just a basket of butter really. Lol. my friend also just sked for napkins and she got mad about that. We also asked about the other items we ordered and was told those take longer. (Not sure why, I've worked many a bar and dont think mushrooms take over 30 min but, sure.)

15 min later the potatoe skins came. We asked for silver ware...never got it so we just used our wing bones/fingers. Silverware must've been in too high a demand. Then when it was time for the check we told them to just take the mushrooms off since we never got those which, after looking at all of our baskets and counting them she said..oh you really didnt get those. So she did take that off. The whole time she acted like we were a huge annoyance when, we actually were really forgiving and didnt even complain even with all that. It was one kf those awkward experiences when you just feel like youre being bullied and need to apologize to her for existing. She did end up giving us a drink token with the check when it was time for the tip bc I think she realized literally everything went wrong and she was being mean about it all. So, its whatever. But I dont think well be back in.

On the drink side I feel they are a little over priced on the food side tho.... damn! Great deals! This was my first time so me and my bf split the PICK THREE APP. We got Beer Battered Onion Rings, LOADED Potato Wedges, and Macaroni&Cheese Bites. The mack and cheese bites I could tear in half and squeeze---cheese would drip out of them---YUMMMMM!!! The onion rings were beer-battered which is my favorite so I had to try them and they were to die for. The potato wedges were like deep dish potato wedges, the center of them was just filled with cheese and bacon and scallions as well as the whole top---so good! And all that for only $7.98 or $7.58 it was something weird like that.

They also had jello shots and pudding shots which were amazing as well. I have included a photo of the different pudding and Jell-O shots. My favorite was the blue Jell-O shot. Jello shots $1 pudding shots for $2

My boyfriend got to Miller Lite bottles and I got a frozen strawberry daiquiri as well as a Sex on the Beach and it was $20 for all four of those drinks. That's not horrible and I'm not mad about it it's just for the area I expected it to be a little...

I have had nothing but warm and welcoming experiences from the staff (FOH & BOH). ALL have been more than accommodating, kind and understanding. I go for the atmosphere, food, service & before this, atmosphere. PostnBeam is more than just fun and an experience...the bartenders & servers are fabulous and attentive. I believe in this establishment as a whole. I have personally experienced on a few times a negative customer, the same guy (multiple times in the past 3 weeks) and I figure "why bother the ladies, I can handle myself"... it deemed to be more than difficult, to say the least. I'd go back for the service, staff & food all day. Its heart breaking to know that you can keep a regular around that makes females and younger people feel uncomfortable as a whole. I'll still give it a 5 in my heart, my integrity says less than 4, but I know and live this world. I hope you hear me, because it's not acceptable due to him being a "regular". I think yall have a great thing going, get rid of the negative that doesn't serve you a purpose (Yall can make it without one negative entity) Just trying to communicate in a world that...
