Nestled in the heart of the city, Paradise Biryani Pointe offers a gastronomic adventure into the vibrant world of Indian cuisine. In this review, we delve into our takeout experience, sampling a range of vegetarian delights including the Veg Biryani, Hakka Noodles, and Rawa Masala Dosa.

Ambiance: Despite experiencing the restaurant through takeout, it was evident that Paradise Biryani Pointe prides itself on maintaining a well-kept ambiance. The exterior exudes an inviting aura, while the interior, albeit unseen during this visit, likely mirrors the same attention to cleanliness and comfort.

Food Quality and Variety: Our takeout order comprised a medley of vegetarian dishes, each offering its unique flavor profile. The Veg Biryani emerged as a standout, boasting perfectly cooked rice infused with aromatic spices. The generous portion size easily satisfied two hungry diners, making it a value-for-money option.

The Hakka Noodles pleasantly surprised with their delightful taste and texture, showcasing the chef's skill in balancing flavors. However, it was the Rawa Masala Dosa that fell slightly short of expectations. While the dosa itself was skillfully prepared, the filling lacked the depth of seasoning desired, rendering it average in comparison to the other offerings.

Accompaniments: One notable highlight of our experience was the assortment of dipping sauces provided by the restaurant. With a selection of five distinct varieties, including the delectable peanut chutney, these accompaniments elevated the dining experience, adding layers of flavor to each bite.

Vegetarian Options and Future Exploration: Paradise Biryani Pointe impresses with its extensive range of vegetarian offerings, promising a plethora of choices for plant-based enthusiasts. While we thoroughly enjoyed our selection, the diverse menu leaves us eager to explore other vegetarian delicacies on offer in future visits.

In conclusion, Paradise Biryani Pointe delivers a satisfying culinary journey, showcasing the richness and diversity of Indian vegetarian cuisine. From the flavorful Veg Biryani to the tantalizing array of dipping sauces, each dish exudes authenticity and craftsmanship. While minor inconsistencies were noted, they are overshadowed by the restaurant's commitment to quality and variety. Whether dining in or opting for takeout, Paradise Biryani Pointe remains a beacon of vegetarian delight, beckoning diners to indulge in a...

I had to delete a previously good review. So this is the fifth time we’ve eaten here. I’ve always done delivery orders to the hospital I worked for. Always enjoyed the food itself. But the last two I did through the website to pick up. The first they couldn’t find. So we had to wait a long time just for soup.

This time I ordered 2 soups and a puff. They called and said no puff and offered an appetizer replacement for the puff. I said that’s fine. We were coming from Aurora just to get this soup because Gates Mills didn’t have it. There was an accident on the highway and I was in traffic for a while. So I couldn’t be on my phone. I guess they decided they wouldn’t give us the appetizer and were trying to force us to take a drink instead. My daughter had showed them the order when she picked it up and they still sent her out with just a drink. But didn’t give us the soup we ordered.

I came back in and the staff proceeded to tell me I didn’t order soup and had to take a drink as a replacement. I showed them the order again and said we did not want the drink. Just give me another soup as a replacement for the puff, which actually costs less. Which she wanted to mull over before agreeing to. We had to wait another 15 minutes, were told to go sit down and wait. As if we were a bother to them. No apologies, no offer to make it right and I actually took a loss of money on the order.

So, never again. My kiddos run a local food blog with traction and we’re taking the recommendation down. I also run a small business myself that has catered meals often. We won’t be coming back. I’m really disappointed. Please do better with your customer service. You never know who is walking into your restaurant and should treat everyone like your...

From the moment I entered the restaurant, Kusuma greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making me feel welcomed. Review Update: As of visit on Jan 2nd I was so excited to revisit Paradise Restaurant, a beloved spot from my college days that used to be my go-to for amazing food and great vibes. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like the memories I had cherished for years. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. The staff made us feel unwelcome, and the once stellar customer service that set this place apart was nowhere to be found. The food, which I had always raved about, fell flat – not because of taste, but because the entire experience was soured by poor service. There are so many great places to eat in Cleveland, but my heart was set on revisiting Paradise. Since we were passing through, I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to relive some fond memories. Sadly, it ended with us being rushed to pack our food into to-go boxes and eating in the car. A simple, polite "Kitchen is closed" would have sufficed, but the way the situation was handled left a bad taste in our mouths. I can't help but wonder if it's a change in management or overworked employees that have caused such a decline in the last two years. I truly hope they can turn things around and restore the restaurant to its former glory. Wishing you the best of luck, Paradise – I hope to see you back at your best someday.

A clean restaurant with a nice contemporary vibe. We went here for dinner and were greeted immediately by the host and were shown to our table. You have to scan the QR code as there are no menus and we placed our order with a gentleman. For an appetizer we got the chili idli. It was outstanding... just the right amount of vegetables, spices and the crisp. For our dinner we ordered cheese masala dosa and vegetable biriyani. The masala dosa was thin enough to be crispy and the filling was fresh with right amount of spices (some restaurants make them too bland to fit the western palate, losing the authentic taste). The sambar was delicious and the three chutneys that came with it were such perfect accompaniments. The biryani was what we really wanted to try, after all that's what the name of the restaurant is but it was okay. I think next time I'll stick to trying something from the other categories. The service is okay as well. I can't say we really had a server because we had a few different people come to our table. No one really came to check on how everything was, but it's all good. The manager, or I think she was the manager didn't really seemed too concerned with what was going on with the tables. I think with having about 9 FOH staff members, she would have some sort of support but she seemed a bit overwhelmed.
