If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is super unprofessional and Im convinced the only reason why they are still open is because the bmv is across the street. That is saving them. Convenience.. Anyways, the older black man that runs the establishment is the most rude & arrogant man I have ever met in my life. He never answers the phone so when you show up in person its a problem as well. Im not like the rest of these people I wont bite my tongue because he refuses to be a boss and doesn’t actually listen to the costumers issues. I lost my license not once and almost another time because this place fails/refuses to call/inform anybody about anything. Why do I have an insurance agency if they’re not gonna inform me about certain things that matter, like my insurance company cancelling on me? Lol i guess its not “their” problem…. I just asked a simple question when my policy ended and to see if he had a direct number to them. The man I'm assuming mr. Mitchell was rude and said are you making a payment or what? I was baffled by how aggressively he was speaking. Also upon giving the number he told me they're going to tell me the same thing. I understand now this is a middle man company and that I was probably paying more than necessary. I'll go directly through the company to avoid the hassle. I don't recommend...

Mitchell's is my go to for all my family insurance needs. When my son bought his first car and needed new coverage he got him exactly what he needed at a fair price. And when my bf needed to shop around because of his driving record, Mitchell when above and beyond and got him covered too! His offices are conveniently located and office staff are responsive and attentive. I really appreciate them doing the leg work for my insurance...
