PC Diagnostics Inc — Attraction in Parma

Dropped off a laptop for 2 keys that were not working and they told me it would be 160 because they had to replace the entire keyboard. I'm not much of a computer person so i decided to trust the experts, even though the wonderful world of youtube told me it was just a simple key replacement. Several days later i recieved the laptop and noticed that several of the new keys were upside down, and some keys were foreign letters and symbols... possibly Russian? When i plugged in the adaptor i noticed it would not charge the laptop at all, which never happened before the repair. I called them and they took the laptop back to repair the issues. I should note that during the second repair they had to call and obtain my password for some odd reason, which they never asked for during the initial HARDWARE repair. When i went to pick it up, the old man behind the counter asked me, "what did you do to short circuit the computer??" I refrained from response and left highly upset. The keyboard works now however the laptop is noticibly slow for some reason. I would complain again but to be honest im just going to cut my losses...

unreliable, uncaring, no patience. completely wasted a week and a half of my time. i was cleaning my laptop keys, and i broke my spacebar key. i needed my entire laptop’s keyboard replaced. the shop owner told me it would take 2-3 days and it would be ready. i called back on the 4th day and told me it would be done by the end of the weekend. i called back midweek, and he claimed it would be ready “tomorrow”. i went up to the shop and it was still not fixed, Over A Week later!! i was very upset, i felt lied to and unimportant. i left and he called me back three times to tell me he no longer wanted to fix my laptop. he was incredibly defensive, and incredibly unprofessional on multiple levels. he told me he received the wrong part for the laptop from amazon, of all places. instead of calling to explain the situation, he kept putting off saying when it would be ready. i cried in my...

I brought my laptop here after the display stopped working. The dude diagnosed a broken screen and said I needed a new one. Charged me about $300 for it. After 2-3 weeks he calls me back and says that the screen didn’t fix it and that I needed a new motherboard, $900. My laptop turned on and ran perfectly fine when I gave it to him and after his work on it, it no longer turned on. He fried my motherboard because he either did it on purpose to scam me or is completely incompetent with basic computer repair skills. After we called out his B.S. I demanded a full refund for the screen since he broke my laptop in the repair process. He refused and only gave in after a long heated argument. He also tried to cancel the refund and it only processed after I called my credit card provider and put in a dispute.

Do not go here, this business is a scam and they only want your money....
