I read some of the reviews of Luis and Summit Taxi and there is little else to say. My trips have been mostly to and from Summit and Newark Penn Station. Luis is always on time, faces whatever traffic with competence, keeps his car immaculate and is a joy to know. My trips from Boston to Newark are often last minute as I come to help my sister who suffers from stage 4 cancer. Luis always inquires about her as well as my granddaughter back home. He found I was more comfortable sitting in the front passenger seat as I have bad knees. So that’s where I sit now. I can’t think of anyone more dependable. I live in Australia, but originally from New Providence, NJ. I come back to visit my family regularly and fly into JFK. For several years now, I have relied on Luis from Summit NJ Taxi Service to pick me up from JFK airport and drive me to my Mother’s home in New Providence. Top class experience with Luis and Summit NJ Taxi. Early arrival to my location for pickup, and clear communication throughout. Very clean vehicle, offering water and sanitizing options. Very friendly and easy to agree with. While dropping off, a return pickup was already scheduled. Luis communicated with me the day before the return. When I landed back to EWR, a message was waiting for me that the driver was already there to pick us up. They conveniently pulled up to the correct pickup area and once again, loaded all the heavy luggage themselves.
