Upper Hastings Ranch Holiday Light Up — Attraction in Pasadena

This was enjoyable for our family. We parked and walked some of it, and then also drive around a lot of it. It was busy even after Christmas but not overwhelmingly so. It's quite a bit of neighborhood to cover though. We live over an hour drive from this, and this was something my husband wanted to go to, but I don't know that it would be worth driving so far if you have displays closer to you. Glad we went once though! While there are quite a few homes decked out, I did think it would be more like 80 to 90% of the homes participating, and it was more like 55 to 60%. This is the second year we come to this area to enjoy the beautiful decorations. Some neighbors are very creative with their display. There is one house in particular that decorated their front side walk to take pictures and they come out very nice. If you decide to walk, wear comfortable shoes because around 70% of the neighborhood is decorated. I am grateful for the homeowners who show their Christmas spirit. It is not easy to put all those decorations and make it special for others to enjoy....
