This review is particularly about the food court area. Yesterday we planned to purchase food here at around 1 Pm for a quick picnic to celebrate my birthday at the park with my family. We have rarely been here, so we were looking around to see what meat we wanted to purchase. We waited in line, and when the server asked what we wanted, my son was not letting me concentrate. My son is autistic, so I need to tend to him or he will begin to display difficult behaviors. I quickly put my son in the cart, and when I returned, they were already serving the person behind me. In fact, all their servers decided to start serving all the people behind us. We waited a few minutes, hoping they would see that we were waiting. they did not help, so I took it upon myself to let them know they skipped us. a server got a lady's attention, and I asked for rice and beans. She decided to switch the entire bean tray, which took time, while others were being served and passing us. There were enough beans in the tray to serve us, idk why she was switching it. She then served us our beans and rice and took them to the front for us to pay. She did not ask if we wanted anything else; she just left and put them in front and said, "Your things are in the front, ready to pay". This review is not just for that woman but for all the other servers who decided it was ok to skip me while I put my son in the cart. It was not ok what you did. I would advise you not to come here, especially if you have children with special needs. They are rude and not special needs friendly. If I could give this place a negative...
Read moreThis predominantly sales to the local Mexican Americans. It's a clean store with every available space possible stacked with merchandise to the point 2 carts wouldn't be able to go down an aisle together. It's that jamed full. Prices are in no way comparable to Walmart Prices. Their higher, much higher in most cases by 10 to 40%. Produce the bakery , meat and meat type products are the plus in this store. Still be prepared to probably pay a little more and stack and pack your own groceries. Good prepared Mexican food with a great variety and prices for a meal,or to take home. It's a cool shopping experience like in another country, staff are nice and friendly but very busy. So planning a Mexican like party this store is the best. Shopping to keep a budget in line I don't think so. Spend $300 in Fiesta and $300 say Wal-Mart you'll come out about $50 bucks ahead in Wal-Mart minus the gas to get to Walmart. Still this store is very popular and is a very busy store in ...
Read moreThe store is fine but the bakery department… I wish I could give that department a 0 star. For the past few years I have been coming here to get whip frosting. EVERY SINGLE TIME I was lied to by different members over and over stating they do not sell their whip frosting. Each time I would have to call a manager down or get in contact with the store owner because I knew they sold it and I would drive an hour from the Oregon side for this whip. I have actually worked/trained in the bakery department here for the old Hermiston, OR location also. But each time I still had to go through the troubles from the bakery staff. A lot of times it was the same lady who would lie to me. CRAZY I know! Now I have found a local bakery in Boardman OR who has the same whip and are honest good business ladies that have no problem selling whip. Finally after years, I will not have to go through troubles of being lied to over and over and my money is going to a good business. Fiesta...
