After scouring all of the local furniture stores over the last two years, we ended up finding La Estrella and immediately felt the difference on entering the store. Ramiro greeted us right away with exceptional customer service and knowledge, and was helpful without being pushy. He was able to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for and showed us several great options they had in store, then when we showed him a set we had liked at another store, he was able to find us something in the same style but with even better quality in their catalogs and get it ordered in for us. The quality of their products is exceptional and the prices are very reasonable and competitive. They have a wide selection of great furniture to suit every financial bracket. This will always be our go to store for furniture purchase in the future. If you want the best customer service, excellent quality and selection, and fair pricing this is the place to go in...

Update!! Now they're telling me they will not solve any issues I have with the product that i bought because I left them a bad review. Don't buy here if you want to save yourself some headaches. its been a year already and still nothing same issues. I've purchased numerous pieces of furniture from this place and never had to use the infamous "Warranty" they offer stating if a dog chews it, it gets torn for no reason or damaged the item is replaced no questions asked. Now that I am trying to utilize the warranty for a small tear the "manufacturers" investigation concludes it's not covered. My issue is, don't make a sale on something you state knowing you're not going to be able to fulfill what you say. I will no longer be buying or referring people to this business due to misleading statements of products sold. It's really unfortunate as I like supporting local businesses. A resolution was not offered at all. Maybe offer a discounted replacement part? Lack of knowledge and customer service is definitely lacking at...
