Best Pizza Ever — Restaurant in Pasco

FAKE REVIEWS DON’T FALL FOR IT!

I really wanted to love this pizza, but unfortunately it was the worst I’ve had in the TC area): so bad I’m leaving a review. Little Ceasar’s is better and lil C’s is my last choice. I am a pizza LOVER and have been searching. Tri-cities is not known for pizza so when something new comes to town…I have to try it!

At a glance the pizza was so flat, the crust had no air, and the crust was almost like whole wheat bread? Very chewy, hard, tough to eat actually. Pepperoni pizza had zero flavor (I had to sprinkle some parm and tapatio to help it) and I ordered a custom ham, sausage, jalapeño (a signature of mine) and it was borderline gross. We've been coming here since 2020 and would say that the pizza and other menu items are as authentic and tasty as they get and would probably hold up under any taste challenge. Owner is very keen on letting the flavors develop in his dough, which provides a wonderful canvas for the toppings.

That said, 2022 brought in new staffing and sometimes spotty service but the pizza held up so we kept coming. No doubt they've been impacted by the labor hiccups that have plagued other food and service establishments in the area.

After being closed for an extended period, the restaurant IS open again. My wife and I engaged the owner who will be serving food from 4pm to 8pm for a limited time before resuming a more robust schedule as we move through Spring. Happy to see this restaurant return to...

The most awful service I've experienced in this town! After more than an hour of waiting for two pizzas we asked how much longer it would take and were told "3 more minutes". 10 minutes goes by and then we are told "there's been an error with our new order system and your order was never put in". We were asked if we still wanted to wait and we said no. The owner and the other waitress dissapeared in some corner of the back of the restaurant. This place has a small kitchen, meaning that there is very little room to hide. The owner didn't have enough respect for us to even face us himself! He sent the youngest waitress out to tell us this! I can't help but think that we were refused service. This experience was so upsetting that I could hardly sleep...
