Griggs Department Store — Attraction in Pasco

Always treat you like your stealing, UPDATED TO REPLY. normally i would believe that but sense my niece got hired at your pasco store and was told to watch everyone with a bag and treat them like there stilling. i cant help but to not believe you. 2ND UPDATE, this place is such a joke that they have three or four different types of shopping carts but only one type of cart return (i mention this because it shows that they do not provide adequate means for cart handling.) as is required by state law in order to be not responsible for and damages done on there property. so im there in my BRAND NEW CAR. and im parked on the street away from everyone when im getting ready to leave a customer is putting there cart away in the only cart return type that they have so their are multiple size carts in the one return. BIG ,little , BIG, so she putts it in rite i had just started my car and i could see her in my side mirror. as she is walking away and i am waiting for my path to be cleared the smaller cart not allowing room for the bigger cart to stay pushes the bigger cart out of the return and i have to watch it come out of the return cross the half sidewalk off the curb and slam into my car leaving a blue rubber scuff and a dent the scuff rubbed off the DENT i now must look at every time i wash my car or walk past that side of the car. HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSSINESS!!! oh and i did call the store up before i even left the parking lot. told them what happened they said that there not responsible and i explained to them they were because of the cart return situation. she took my name and number and said some one would call me soon. no...

I love Griggs Department store, (Ace Hardware) this is a local family owned franchise. Griggs has everything, clothes, camping, hunting, fishing, extensive shoes for the entire family. Departments include beauty, fashion, of course, lawn and garden, toys, hardware and swimming pools. Griggs has a dedicated year round Christmas store. The customer service is quite frankly, excellent. There is plenty of parking available, their businesses are handicap accessible and their bathrooms are sanitary and cleaned regularly. Their prices are more then reasonable with a great selection and most importantly their employees are helpful along with knowledgeable. This is a local business there is the main store in Pasco, WA and a much smaller store in Kennewick. I personally go to both locations quite regularly. Griggs is the first local business I've had the honor to give a positive review for and despite COVID still operates as per usual. Based on my many experiences shopping at both locations I give Griggs the first Gold Star and I hope to give many more. Griggs earned their Gold Star from me for Keeping existing hours, having vast inventory and most importantly having phenomenal customer service. Griggs Department Store is a true local business and has been around for many decades. The place has grown much over the years incorporating the whole block of the old buildings that once surrounded the store. It's atmosphere is like American country store, old school and still has a large hunting and fishing department with the higher quality equipment and price range low to high. Going camping, fishing, hunting target shooting Griggs your local one stop store. Good med to high grade boot and shoe department with announced sales on the call every 10 minutes it seemed. Your space is respected so no one's bugging you. But helpful when needed. Griggs has some pretty good sales but get right on them for a good selection in sizes and to avoid sellouts because they go fast. I'm going to do my Christmas shopping their this year and support my local businesses for once this year instead of online and National corporations.
