Pasco Ranch & Home — Attraction in Pasco

I have to hand it to the Dress family and their employees at the Pasco, WA location. I thought there wasn't going to be any sort of chance in locating the items I needed. I needed a couple of specific items that I just knew they didn't have. They were 8mm x 1.0 flanged nylock lock nuts and 5/16 x 24 flanged lock nuts. I had actually stopped by three other locations (in order: Tacoma Screw & Bolt, M&M Bolt and Fastners) to find these items. I pretty much received similar answers from all the others. I was told they 1. They don't stock the item, 2. That if I wanted to order them, I would have to special order them and 3. if I wanted to order them, it would have to be in bulk. However, I will give M&M Bolt a cudo... at least they did mention Ranch and Home in their recommendations. Being that I was in the area, I stopped by Pasco location to see if they had anything remotely close. After doing some digging with one of their young employees, we were able to find the items in question and thanked the young man for his assistance. So again, thank you Ranch and Home Pasco for carrying the items I needed and for the great customer service.

Not sure, mixed emotions about ranch & home. Been going to these stores for as long as I can remember. Like everything is good,.. I just really think they have a poor return policy. If I spend a hundred dollars or more on a pair of work boots that just rip my feet apart on the first day of work then there not gonna work for me. But I can't return them because I wore them. Even if there not dirty or anything. But because I wore them I can't return them. It makes it really hard to find a good pair of work boots. But that's basically it. Just frustrating sometimes, a lot of the time. But other then that...

No pellets for bedding, the person inside said they never carried them.. yes they do. Have bought them before, this store is horrible. Customer service does not exist, and being told they have "never sold something" we have bought there multiple times is ridiculous. Its a lie. Then another person said they have not had them for two weeks?

You get your orders from Animal Supply, it delivers to you weekly, you need to FIRE whoever does the ordering for this store. Now we have to wait yet another day to change the bedding and will go to a locally owned pet store to get...
