Burger Ranch — Restaurant in Pasco

Poor customer service, the manager Larry is rude and disrespectful. They answer the phone like they are at hone, I had to ask is this Burger Ranch. The heat the buns in the microwave which makes the bread hard, I had to return my food for that reason and because the fries were barely warm. The milkshakes you could drink through a straw like water. Took the food back and the girl working the register went and put new buns in the "microwave " with no gloves then patted and felt them when she took them out with no gloves. The guy in the back is tossing patties on the grill then proceeds to hand the girl my burger and as she takes it the communicates briefly then starts to unwrap it, at this point I asked if that was for me and she said yes and told her I don't want it, because they were doing too much with the food. Later, I called back trying to have the owner call me and Larry the so called manager demanded why did I need the owner. I told him because of customer service for one, and I could not talk to him because he was being very rude and disrespectful. He told me, " I will talk to him or no one!" Here it is 3 days later, I have talked to no one. Bad business!! I will NEVER go there again and will not recommend no one to go there. More like discourage them to. You ever heard of the show "Bob's Burgers" welp, this place really reminds me of such. Not by Bob or his family's antics but rather the food. It's a good burger. They have a lot on the menu, but I usually stick with a double bacon with tots. Don't get me wrong here, this isn't a life changing burger (might affect your cholesterol if you eat too much), but for a quick lunch, this will do. Service can be spotty, mostly teens or young adults who work here, but I've had mostly good experience's. I was recommended by co-workers to try this place out. The sit down area reminded me of early 80's. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was. Nice staff, and very fast service. My burger with bacon (which was real crisp) and no cheese was juicy and flavorful. Fries perfectly golden brown and crisp. Guest were greeting each others too. A comfortable place to go for lunch.
