Tacos Sahuayo 1 — Restaurant in Pasco

The first part of this review will address the structure of the food and the organization of the food presented in the plate. Carrots are not to be put in an authentic Mexican plate unless requested by the person ordering. In my case I simply asked for two tacos of chicken. At not point do carrots intervene in this flavor mix that goes along with the tacos.

This part of this review analyzes customer service and enthusiasm for a brand new business that has less than two years operating. The people working at the food truck seemed dull unhappy and very insensitive to my visit. There was not “hello welcome we will be with you shorty” no sense of customer recognition. For a business that just opened up you would expect a little enthusiasm as it was only 5:30 pm.

The last part of the review comments on other improvements that are minor but critical. Chicken and pork must be cooked thoroughly. If there is no guacamole sauce then there is really not point in selling in the first place. The last comment is the environment they had a very lovely set up...

Fast. friendly service. The quesabirrias, were tasty, but all the meat was separated from the cheese which was just like one big pile in the bottom. the flavor of the consume' was okay. It was not super oily which is good. the tacos left a little to be desired on the flavor side. meat was very fatty. like big hunks of fat. This was steak?? it was more like shaved meat for philly cheese steaks. the tortillas were not crispy or nothing they were just hot, so kinda too soft from the steam of being covered by the tinfoil. This place came highly recommended, and I'm not surprised! My order came out quickly, which was great considering it was around lunch time. I ordered an Adobada Torta. I loved the bread and that was perfectly toasted on both sides of both halves of the bread! The meat was soft, tender, and bursting with flavor! They also did not skimp on the meat.
