The first time I go to Tile And stone Depot I was there because of the promotions of how low all of the tile were being marked down. That first time there I got there late close to closing, and if I have to be honest, I was overwhelmed by all of the amazing selection.. But that means I was coming back and when I did, I met the customer service representative Gary., And I knew after just five minutes of talking to him, he could sell me a building. This guy Gary is very light on his feet, and adds no pressure at all, and on top of that he has great ideas. He felt like he really cared that not only that I got a great tile Choice for my home, but he even guided me on what I should and should not do. I hate to admit it, but I happen to be a hothead customer that really doesn’t want help, but for some reason, this guy Gary sway me into anything he directed me towards. I think now I’ve been there a total of six times and each time I go, you better believe I’m only looking for Gary to assist me. He is like an extended family member that is going to guide me, help me get a choice that I am happy with, and his quantity of Tile always add a perfectly measuring up to my measurements that I give him. Some of us don’t like the used car salesman type that are very pushy, a little bit aggressive, and don’t really have a lack of care,. This guy is not gonna steer you wrong. I have an incredible loyalty when I feel like somebody has my best interest at heart and it makes me wanna unleash or open the vault. Gary is that !!!Awesome...

Berna said she would have my special-order medicine cabinet delivered to me. It was supposedly shipped to them by the manufacturer. I followed up and she verified it was there and said it would be delivered to me. Weeks passed and I followed up again and she repeated the same answer. It was still not delivered so I asked for a refund. She said because it was a special order, it couldn't be canceled. She promised again that it would be delivered to me this time. Then I became deathly ill and was hospitalized for a while. I forgot about it until I resumed construction on my house. So I called about it again - same response. I'm also a business owner and I understand how a bad review can hugely impact business. Therefore, I continued to give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, she didn't honor her word for the 4th time. So I decided to have my contractor who refers most of his clients to her, speak to her on my behalf. He was shocked to hear that she wasn't going to refund me no matter what. He's going to also stop referring his clients to her. It's a real shame. If you have a great experience with her, stay with her - just make sure to only put a deposit for the products. Only pay after receiving all of the products. Tile and Stone Depot does carry a decent inventory of products but I cannot...
