So I changed my CPU and ended having no signal to my monitor, brought it to Fixbox (used to be known as Laptop MD I'm pretty sure?) and the next day it's fixed. Ivan even offered over the phone to upgrade my cooling system for a little extra money and man was it worth it. Very reliable, would totally recommend for any technological issues. Extremely satisfied.

I went to Ivan with an old MacBook to see if it was worth saving and to have my husband's Dell "cleaned up". Ivan inspected the MacBook and told me it was not worth saving but DID remove the parts that had my personal information on them in case I wanted to discard or donate it. He cleaned my husband's Dell and it runs so much more quickly & efficiently. I told him I was looking for a new laptop and he mentioned that he sells refurbished ones. Since I was only looking for something to serf the Web with, review email and real estate listings, and Ebay, I told him that sounded great! He sold me a refurbished MacBook very reasonably and showed me how to hook it up to my two home monitors. He is very patient, very knowledgeable, fair in his prices and reliable. I have had my Iphone 8 plus for over 4 years, and went to get my battery and charging port replaced, I was told as my original screen had a little crack I need to get a new one as it can be broken during the replacement, after 3 days I dropped my phone and than I could not press any buttons, I called,came back and he put on a new screen for free . Now the second screen does not work after 4 weeks and it just randomly presses buttons and just locks itself now. I know the guy is trying his best but disappointing. Edit:changing to 5 stars, thank you for the offer but I got a screen online that I replaced myself, but the fact you offered to fix it again shows you have good...

I had a computer that I was having issue with putting back the wires he help me with it without even thinking about it. He’s really helped me as a favor for me and he told me that I don’t charge for a little silly quick things. I went other places quoting me over $200 for the repair and this guy did it for me at the kindness of his heart. And he really knows what he’s doing very professional very kind and I would recommend him to everyone. I am hiring him for all of our computer services....
