Rob did a fantastic job. We wanted a large piece of artwork to go over the sofa. I used one of those websites that prints artwork on any medium you choose. I first bought the artwork I wanted on a matte paper. Rob pointed out some imperfections in the print that I never would have noticed. He also said it should be printed on something like glossy paper or canvas because the colors are too dark for matte and might compromise the framing process. So I returned the artwork and got it printed onto a canvas. He was so helpful in picking out the frame, understood the aesthetic we were looking for, and I don’t think it took more than a week or so before it was ready for pickup. How can i begin to praise this local establishment. My wife and I purchased a woodcut of a Polish "shtetl" shortly after we were married 70 years back. It had an unusual frameless glass mount and hung for many years in our home. Last week it fell, shattering glass and spilling mounting clips. I took it to Framed Image and Rob first had to replace a missing clip then he took it in the back, cut a piece of museum quality glass, filed the edges smooth, brought it out looking better than ever… and refused to charge me!
