on 3/20/22 I attempted to pause my account. I followed company protocolĀ and did it in person. (the pause due to my mother being ill and I moved her into my home for 24 hour care) The club manager at the time Claudia Fregoso attempted to help me. As you can see from the attached email she failed. Upon another attempt she, instead of pausing, cancelled my account. Well, Mom has recovered and I can go about my routine once again. I called the Perris, Ca. location to verify she was in and I was gonna bring the business card she gave me. Of course at that time she also stated she noted my account of the error. I was told by the young man that answeredĀ the phone that Manager was fired and he continued to give me information that was really none of my business other than she is gone/fired. great. He said there was nothing they could do for me. What did I do??? I followed protocol. Nowhere in your company policy does it show that I am responsible for employee error? So how is it that I am the one that has to pay for Claudia's mistake? I then asked for the manager. I still am not sure of her name. She said either Leanne or Anna. She wasn't clear and was both evasive and short. I again explained that I trusted the STORE MANAGER to simply pause my account. Again, I can not do a thing. I asked for a DM. nope. Corp number? nope. How about you contact them and have them call me back? nope. hmmmm
Let me also let ya know I too was a Managing Partner for a major franchisee of Papa Johns. I get it but you still need to find a way to take care of your customers. Nobody wants to be ambushed by unhappy customers. I also owned my own business beforeĀ I retired at 52 years of age. so back to the matter at hand. What are we gonna do? I simply want my account reinstated. I expect to hear from Vianey Ortega at her earliest convenience. I have proven to be very resourceful.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell the gym itself is OK, the men's bathrooms, need more attention specially the showers, now my biggest concern is the security guard at night, I was there on Saturday night after 10pm just sitting in my car and the security guard, a young latino was giving everyone a hard time and he came to my car and asked me if I was a member of the gym so I told him yes then he asked me if I was going to go inside the gym and told him yes, I moved closer to the building, a little later he came back to me again and told me why I moved I told him just to be closer to the building, then he told me that next time he came back around I was still there that we were going to have a problem, I was like, what?, so I went inside the gym to talk to the guy working there and told him that I was just sitting in my car and that if that was OK? to what he said if you are a member it's ok.. so next time he came back , he went crazy on me , I told him to go and talk to the gym people but he refused and started yelling at me and wanting to me he was even grabbing his genitals and telling me, his words "I have more balls than you" and wanting to fight me.. two other members saw that and started calling him, but he just got in his car and left, next time he back he told me that he had called the police to wich I said ok, let's wait for them, the police never came, so I just left, so my reason to posting this review is to let everyone know about this guy, I went the next day to tell the manager about it so if anything happens with this guy or if he harms anyone because they carry a gun, they know that I warned them...
