Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Perris

Well hello, 😎 this was my first time experiencing this restaurant and I must say I really liked it. My hope is that they will consider building one of their restaurants out here in the San Jacinto- Hemet area. There are a lot, and I do mean a lot of restaurants in our area in Hemet San jacinto; but nobody has what they have to offer. The flavor profiles were so unique and the price was right. I was really surprised when the order came with 🍟 that they were waffle fries; which was great because I tend to try to get those when they're offered. But they are never offered as their first choice with the meal as to automatically come with it. The sauces were exceptional and they had fried or grilled menu items which would make it my first place to go to and a lot of other people's first choice out here. For a grilled ♨️ option out here, the only place you would actually find that besides a formal sit-down type of restaurant and fast 🍔🍟🍦 food wouldn't be Kentucky Fried Chicken 🐔 where they used to offer a grilled chicken and I'm not sure but I think you might be able to get something grilled at Jack In The box, I have to double check that. Other than that I don't know of any other fast food places in our area that offer grilled anything that tastes good. I believe this establishment would do very well out here in the Hemet-San Jacinto area. As theirs only In and Out Burger comparable to the kind of good food that they would have, or a place like Starbucks, but without Starbucks prices. I hope I'm able to visit this establishment again the one that I went to was in the Paris area. Really disappointed in my order this time. I’ve never had a chick fil a experience like this! In any state! Even when they’re extremely busy Murrieta and Temecula and Corona know their stuff! I understand they’re new, but it was very disorganized, waited a long time for food, the young lady that took our order was extremely distracted and kept looking around when we began our order and stare off into space. She would stop, look around and say “what?” and would talk to other employees as we said our order. We got our drinks and looked inside the window and saw disorganization like crazy. No one was speaking to one another, everyone was grabbing at everything and looked extremely panicked. We were told to park and wait for our food and she didn’t ring up all of our items! Mind you she DID repeat everything back to us. We asked for a receipt and didn’t receive one. Went back to speak to THE MANAGER. Rude rude rude rude rude. First, two people were waiting to talk to him too. Tried to explain our experience and that items were forgotten and his excuse was they were new (we said that to him as well but tried to explain our experience wasn’t a great one) and then proceeded to tell us about his day & he’s been awake since 5 am...??? I’ve been working since 5:30 am? Do you need to know that? NO. At least the assistant manager was kind and corrected our issue and gave us vouchers. REPLACE THE MANAGER WITH THE ASSISTANT. I actually started here about 6 months or so back. Never wanted to try this place,and was always going to McDonald's, and bk, and Wingstop, the usually stuff.tried it and welk, theyre actually way better to me. The Taste of the burger and fries. Not sure how to explain it, but you can taste oil in the fries. The chicken sandwich is amazing. Cooked through and not greasy. Soft bun, and their lemonade is very good. A little tarty, but it's ok. My kids like their nuggies. There's a hunt of sweet in their nuggies, we can't figure out what it is. It's in the batter, but I like it. To me, their nuggs are a little tiny for the price of the meal. Because the meals are pricey. Tbh, McDonald's 10pc meal is a little more bang for your buck because of the size of nuggets and size of soda and fries you can get, regardless of the price. Chick fila-a should at least make the nuggs a little bigger or give a little more for the kids meals because otherwise, you're paying a lot for just fries and a drink. Other than that, I haven't tried anything besides that grilled chicken sand with bacon, and it's my fav menu item. I will say their customers service is off the hook. Very, very nice people.
