Attended the lower ferry festival. I was parked in a parking lot next to the festival and was blocked in on both sides by other cars. There were several other cars in the same situation. The Perryville Police patrolling the festival could not help because it was a private lot. It took about an hour before a car moved so I could move out. If the officials for the festival knew the parking lot would be used for attendees, there should have been someone assigned to monitor the lot to prevent this situation.
