Food and ice cream is always great ! During our last visit however, the staff didn't acknowledge us at the window because they were playing around in the back and by the time we received our food and milkshakes, one was partially melted. We didn't get any type of response back when speaking to and thanking both the cashier and cook at either window. Definetly not the normal type of experience...
