Stephens & Stephens Clocks Ltd. — Local services in Perryville

I've been using Stephens & Stephens for 10 years for repairs, band changes, and battery replacements. I'd recommend them to anyone. They're very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They have always been accurate with me about the time frame it would take for repairs, even when it was taking longer (one time was 10 days).

I waited over a month to write this review to ensure it is accurate.

I brought in 2 watches for battery replacements and 2 automatic watches for repair.

Batteries were replaced while I waited and they needed to work on the automatic watches overnight. One watch was not very valuable and I set a price I wanted to pay for both to get fixed as well as just the 1. I picked up the watches the following afternoon and movement on them are great. It was actually 20% cheaper than I was willing to spend which shows that they're not just out to make a buck and take advantage of customers have more money than sense about watches/clocks. Another update was remodeling house when I put the clock back up I raised it by 9” and balanced it. I lower the clock back down to where it was and balanced it again and it seems to be working fine the wall 9” higher seems to be tilting a hair forward that’s why I moved it down. Who would have though.

Just an update in les than a year and a half my clock is starting to stop running but I still give them an A1 rating one their service and craftsmen ship. Have to get it fixed and I’ll still take in back to Stephens & Stephens

Went to Havre De Grace to get 2 clocks from the 1800s repaired. Not only did they immediately repair both of them - they did the work for free! They even gave us a quick rundown of what we had, general condition tips and even places locally to eat.
