Body Beautiful Collision Center — Attraction in Philadelphia

I would not recommend Body Beautiful at all !! They were highly recommended to me from a friend who said they do great work. I got the worst service in my life. They had my truck for over 4 months and it wasn't right from the day I picked it up!! The aglinment was off bad. The body panels are not aligned properly. The hood shakes, needs to be adjusted down, it's too far up. My headlights stick out past the fender on one side and they're too far in on the other Side. Had mechanic work done from his brother's shop, Master Mechanic, which is also horrible. I had broken studs on my exhaust manifolds, which they removed all the broken ones except for one, which they cut the head off a bolt and rtv it in so I wouldn't notice it missing. After bringing it back a few times, Bill says I'm sorry, I couldn't make you happy. The most unprofessional shop I've ever dealt with. I tried bringing it to other shops, but no one wants to touch the abortion he did on my truck. Not to mention, he also lost the hardware for my exhaust. He replaced them after numerous times of calling him. Does not stand by...

Bill, the owner, was extremely helpful from the moment he quoted a price until the time I got my car back. They really go out of their way there to make the customer feel happy. They will work with you by informing you of what they plan on doing step by step and they try to get your car back to you at a reasonable time. They’re also very reasonably priced. Not only did they fix my car, but they noticed a problem on the inside of the car that needed some repair and fixed it for me at no additional cost. They also cleaned the inside, washed the outside and waxed. My car looks brand new and it’s still sparkling almost a week after getting it back. Discovered Body Beautiful from a coworker who brings his vehicle here, I also checked their Google Maps reviews just to confirm that they were a top notch body shop 👌🏼😀 & indeed they were/are Bill is the man & their work is 2nd to none, trust me when I tell you!
