New Station Pizza IV — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Everytime I order from here something is always forgotten or messed up & i call back to correct the mistake and I get a nasty woman with an attitude who claims to be a manager! Then has the nerve to tell me to calm down after I specifically told her 3 times I had paid for cheese fries but got no cheese and she just kept saying she put it in there and I would have to be charged for cheese if I wanted them to send out another one! No if I paid for cheese fries and got no cheese why would I have to pay for more cheese all because you claimed you put it in there but I hear you ask someone else if they put it in there while your on the phone with me & to make matters worse I ordered my dad a BLT club and it's all apart and all over the place in the container it looks like someone ate it n left the scraps in there ! Like that's disgusting! I work in a restaurant I would never present my guest who pay with their own money for food with such nonsense! They have a very extensive menu here. They have different specials for each and every day of the week. On days when football games are on or even other sporting events, and holidays they always have a different special for each event. Just stop in or call and ask what other deals they have that aren't on the menu. When football games or other big games are taking place be prepared to have to wait a lot longer for delivery as they get very busy at those times. I always ask the time difference to just run and pick it up myself. If your order ever gets messed up, which happens sometimes when they get busy, just call them and they will make whatever it is that you're missing or is wrong and send it to you, or they'll give you credit for the next time you order. The food overall is good, and the value is fair. Everyone has a favorite place for pizza, cheese steaks, and whatever else. This place isn't going to win an award for pizza or cheese steaks, but it's great for the extensive menu that everyone in your family will find something...

My order was wrong so I called and the person who answered sounded like they were 12. They tried to tell me what I ordered wasn't on the menu. Which it was I was looking right at it. Then when I asked to speak to a manager. the person put down the phone and I guess tried to be quiet saying "she wants to speak to a manager" like oh my god way do we do?! Voice. Then a few mins later got back on the phone and said there isn't anyone available. Then I said, just come pick up the food and give me my money back. We hung up they called back to then apologize, which was a crop apology in my opinion and to give me what I didn't recieve. Then I guess to try and make it better they call again to give me a soda. I'm sorry the soda does not effect the service I just received on the first phone call. And to top it all off the driver was an idiot.
