Diamond Nail Spa LLC — Attraction in Philadelphia

I arrived at 330 something when I walked in they was suppose to be waiting on ticket 23 for brows and lashes and 92 for nails, I had ticket 27 brows and 01 for nails I sat for almost an hour waiting. as I sat I seen at least four people get in the chair for brows and lashes and other people walking in and being served. So I asked the owner was they still taking numbers she replies yes and asked what I was getting I said eyebrow mani and pedi she I insist I get my mani and pedi and when I done with that I will be next to get my brows done so I did as asked my nail tech told her I was finished and sat me where I should have been next as I sat there the other to brow techs took other customers in front of me I try to be patient at 547 the owner 530 appointment walks in and she takes her when I ask how much longer I will be waiting the owner says I have my appointment one of the other techs will take you next the next client leaves and grab someone that had number 36 so I leave in the six years that I have been going around there this has never they need a better system for eyebrows and lashes because this was by far the worst service I have received since I have...

First time here and CS was horrible walked in no one greeted me,nobody told me I was supposed to take a number to be serviced,I finally asked someone who was the owners and she pointed to a man walling around and a lady who was doing lashes,she than told me and showed me where I had to grab a number I grabbed one and asked the owner Kevin how does this their number system work and they were on number 87. I just wanted my brows done and walked out because of their CS it was just horrible,no greeting,no what service would you like NOTHING. This is the only spot i will go to for my eye lashes. Even if I don't pay&tip upfront, they still do me as if I did. I would recommend this place to any girl who likes to get false eyelashes, I've tried other spots, even downtown and no other place has ever had the experience these ones did. Also there's like 4 employees who can do them professionally, which is great because most nail salons that do lashes only have 1 or 2 at the most, people who know how to apply them. They do it with such ease! I love the people who work here.
