SEPTA Allegheny Depot — Local services in Philadelphia

I'm only giving a 2 star rating because of the good drivers that I've come across. Earlier this week while waiting for a bus I was standing at a bus stop for septa the bus went right by. Now, the driver did stop once he went through the intersection but once I got on the bus he began chastising me because he said that I should have alerted him that I wanted him to stop. So am I supposed to "hail" the bus with my arm raised or am I supposed to jump out with my outreached with the palm of my hand facing the driver of the bus that I would like to get on??? He never addressed the fact that he had a young lady standing beside him (beyond that yellow line) conversing with him. Which for him was clearly a distraction. He was very argumentative and I had to tell him that is not what I got on his bus to do. There was nothing for me to gain by going back and forth with him. My low rating is due to my overall experience with this bus service as a whole. Buses are at times dirty, often late, at times too early (more than 5 minutes), some drivers can be very rude, and some drivers aren't knowledgeable of their routes when there's a detour and making their own as they go along taking you waaayyy out...

This place treated me so rude the lady that answer didn't even care for anything I had to say this some bs I lost my keys on the 48 called right after I got off I was told that's my fault I'm going to write on everything septa has until this get fix protest against septa...

Everytime a holiday or a big game is about to happen you can't get to work or school on time 3 buses had no operator as i was told so we had to wait from 7:29 untill 7:53 bus that finally came made us pack in like sardines in a can almost...
