Rob was great and accommodating and the purchase definitely was affordable and didn't break the bank!! A box spring that was already cracked, from a move 2 years ago actually broke last night when one of my kids jumped on their bed. Was already starting to reorganize my daughters room before the school year and they were in dire need of new mattresses anyway since they have been using the same ones for just over 6 years which have gone through a move, a lot of sleep overs and obviously them using their bed as a trampoline. Called and Rob had the time pretty much immediately so he met us at the store. I was a bit early and he was already there pulling out the different choices for my kids, had my 2 girls pick out their mattresses and they couldn't be happier!! Very affordable and impeccable customer service, will be definitely coming back when I need to replace my own mattress! Thanks...

I was searching for a mattress by online and stores with a fast delivery but nothing , by coinsidence i found Mattress by appointment they answer me quickly and i call them to get my appointment they have great services and help us to chose what we need , without forgeting that they have good prices , good quality of matresses and very very fast delivery (*they were patient because they arrive before us and they wait untill we came and that was so kind from them ) really you will not regret it just call them and get your comfortable mattresss . Rob was an absolute lifesaver. My daughter's mattress got ruined (don't ask). It was only a few years old and very expensive. I called Mattress by Appointment and Rob stayed open till I got off work and could bring my daughter in to test out the mattresses. Not only did we end up with an amazing mattress within my budget, but it was less than half of what I paid for her original one and better quality. Rob wrapped it up, strapped it to the roof of our car, and followed us home to help unload it into the house. We could not be more pleased.
