In summary: Terrible service, extremely rude man running the floor, and oily and salty pizza. Do not give them your service!

The man working the phone/cash register (Gavriel? I wouldn't know, he never gave me the time of day) was rude and dismissive from the time I called all through my attempt to actually pick up my pizza. I was standing there holding a was of cash, trying to get his attention after waiting for quite a few minutes of him on the phone. He wouldn't get off the phone to give me my order and answered another call instead of addressing me, ignored my asking if I could just pick up my pizza, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and only paid attention to one customer there that he seemed to know - who came in AFTER the line waiting to pick up our ready orders. He wouldn't even take 1 minute to ring me up after the other employee brought me the pizza...I finally got out of that stifling hot, narrow closet of a place was because the young woman working there eventually stepped up to do his job for him. I was able to tell that they worked hard on making my Greek personal pie, it looked great and had nice fresh vegetables and Fetta cheese. However, I did not like how the slice tasted over-all, because disturbingly, even though they describe their Greek Pizza as having only Mozzorella and Fetta cheese, it turned out having the cheap yellow American Cheddar cheese mixed in, which to me ( And many other ppl.) ruins the whole slice. More disturbing was the fact that when I told the lady at the front in a nice way, she claimed they use their own mix, and that Cheddar is more expensive than Mozzorella! So I don't know... Front staff were so friendly - this is such a big deal in a world where customer service is so poor these days. But Shalom Pizza shines. The pizza is good, many other options for various tastes. The Greek salad is terrific. The think crust pizza is amazing. Cheese fries always bring a smile. No one goes home hungry!

Large cookies are great - especially heated up!
