Overbrook Park Library — Attraction in Philadelphia

Today I went in to print credentials out and at the printer I heard snickers from employees… I overheard them talking about me so I turned toward them so one noticed and spoke up and said do I need help, I said no, he said I heard the change come back out and did you press the print button first I said yes,it was my change dispensing from the machine because my items were $2.50. I placed a five dollar bill in. I felt uncomfortable they were treating me as if I was computer illiterate minding my business instead of working. The computer system is outdated and every time I come into the establishment, no one greets me and they are all sitting around gossiping! I will go to another location...

The people was very friendly it was nice and clean it was my second time first at that library but my grandbaby goes there all the time that's my phone at the bus stop and someone was very kindly enough to take it to that library I truly want to thank the staff and everyone for helping us recover my cell phone thank you very much and once again I want to thank all the people that was at the library for helping me find my cell phone we thank...

This library employees act as if they own the place. I can't stand dealing with people with the passive aggressive attitudes. There's an AA middle aged women with braids that tried to speak to me like I was a child on 4/8/24. That's a no go especially trying to play me in front of a bunch of people.
