I recently had an unpleasant experience at PhilaPort that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my interactions with the employees were far from professional. Their attitudes towards drivers were the worst I've encountered; it felt as though they had little respect for our time and efforts. Communication was particularly disappointing. Instead of being helpful, the employees were dismissive and often rude, making what should have been a straightforward process frustrating and uncomfortable. It's essential for any workplace, especially one as busy as a port, to foster a culture of respect and professionalism. Sadly, that seems to be lacking at PhilaPort. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving employee attitudes and communication. Drivers deserve to be treated with respect, and I believe that enhancing these aspects could greatly improve the overall experience...
