I came in to get my hair done here last month. I was so excited to get my hair done like all of the pictures they post on Instagram, well I did not get anything close to that I got completely overcharged because The stylist (Fidel) didnât remember our consultation (how is that even possible thatâs your job as a stylist). When I came home from my appointment I noticed that my hair looked HORRIBLE, it had spots and different colors in there. I contacted management and waited weeks for them to get back to me and give me a solution to fit me in to âfixâ my hair. Even the owner contacted me via phone and said my hair was messed up and I was completely overcharged and she finally scheduled me for my âfix hairâ appointment on 8/17 which is only 4 days before my maternity shoot.. I have stressed to everyone at bombshell about my pictures and that I needed my hair to look great for them. So the day of 8/17 I texted the owner at 11:38am to make sure our appointment was still good because I never received a confirmation like she said I was going to weeks before. She replied with âyesâ right away. I texted back âokâ at 2:50pm just so she knew I got her message. Well my appointment was at 6:00pm and she texted me at 5:11pm and asked me to come in a different day this week because âshe was sick since yesterdayâ knowing my pictures are this Saturday and I have a swamped week with no wiggle room. I scheduled my week around THIS appointment and she really canceled 49mins before my appointment which as a client that would of NEVER been acceptable I would of lost my deposit. Why would she confirm our appointment this morning instead of telling me she was sick. I switched my whole day around and made my husband come home early from work so that I could make this appointment and all of that was for nothing. I am completely so disappointed in this business and how things were done to begin with. Stylists shouldnât be able to charge whatever they want when the salon has a price list for the whole salon. How do you cancel on someone 49mins before the appointment? The ownerâs response was âsorry Iâm humanâ. Well now I have messed up hair and a maternity photoshoot 3 days away. Iâm sooo frustrated with how they think any of this was acceptable!! I will NEVER COME HERE EVER AGAIN. Thereâs better stylists out...
   Read moreThere's street parking and plenty room to park your car. My first impression was the fact I was very intrigued. I would have never guessed its location if my best friend didn't show me. The interior was lovely as well, very warm welcoming.
The people who work here don't seem to be all to friendly at first. But maybe they were just mega busy when I was in. I got really nervous when my hair was bleached blonde and had yellow tones to it. Super saiyan much? I was trying to go for a natural rose gold, like Guy Tang did. And he put it on top of brown hair. But she assured me she knew what she was doing.
Instead of it being rose gold, I turned into a ginger. But I contacted the manager, and even though I couldn't get someone else to fix it, I somewhat got it fixed. But I felt like I was being overcharged in general. Especially for the mishap. In the end, my sister was going to school for hair so she ended up fixing it entirely for me because it lasted a week or 2 max! I don't go...
   Read more4/29/17 Other, Wait Time, Customer Service Went for a price range. Was given a price of $110. Just about for what I wanted. My appointment was for 2pm. I was called 10min before to be 30mins after. I got there @2:17.To wait ONE HOUR after I arrived for anything to be done to my hair. I felt I was pushed to the side because the hairstylist still had someone to finish and she did some one else's hair while I was "waiting" when my hair was being light. I left @ 9:15pm. And my shirt was damage all over my back from the blech. To top it all off I was charged double from my estimate without anybody telling me prior and during my process. After comparing to other salon i feel i was over charged ESPECIALLY after all i was put through.
I was completely dissatisfied from start to finish. Ellie did offer a complementary service with her. I said yes, but since May I have never heard back!
Extremely happy with the outcome but HORRIBLE...
