Totally — Attraction in Philadelphia

Nice place, they have so much candy your child will have a field day lol, the ice and shakes are really good, very thick, but there wait time was too long and the older man that was helping out was getting a little frustrated and you can see it all over his face and the Togo milkshakes were super messy you would not be able to take your shake to the car.. my opinion for customers who are ordering shakes to go they should keep it at a minimum and leave all the fancy over the top desserts for the customers that’s dining in… but this place is definitely good for kids the greeter at the door was really nice and she’s gorgeous she gave all the children free candy… this place just needs to be a little...

My daughter's and I just visited Totally Sweet Café, and they did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, with an immaculately clean interior. The owner was very nice and the staff were polite, helpful and professional. A great selection of candy, as well as shakes and sundaes. We usually look forward to visiting upscale candy shoppes when vacationing out of town. It's nice to know that we now have a local option! If you are familiar with this type of establishment, then price points would never be a complaint! As they are comparably priced to similar shoppes. And, they offer a better experience! 5...

Decided to give my niece a special sweet treat so I took her here. Immediately after walking in I was greeted by the entire staff.

First, my niece (6 yr old) chose candy from their wall. They were so patient with her. Then she decided she wanted an ice cream cone but couldn’t decide on a flavor. I showed her their website and Instagram page and she decided on a Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cone (it came with a slice of cheesecake). We dined in. They had a seating area.

Later, we received a tour of the upstairs venue area. Loved it! They also have a deck.
