Went for a free train ride and instead had to buy tickets labeled donations. Then, the Santa was really rude. When I told him he was being rude, he told me he wasn't because he allowed my kids to play while they waited for the train to arrive. He also said that he didn't care that he was rude. Lastly, every year they have model trains with cookies and hot chocolate after the train ride, but not this year. Read moreI went here last night with my family and enjoyed myself, EXCEPT for the santa they had. He was rude, didnt smile in ANY of the pictures we took. My nephew and his friend were just goofing around and the santa said rudely "your getting reindeer poop for Christmas." We asked if we could get a picture and he straight out said "NO! I HAVE A LINE!" What line was he talking about? The line of 5 people behind us??? Hope you guys find someone who actually LIKES doing their job instead of being grumpy. Wont be returning next year. Acres and acres, and I suspect several miles worth, of different rail routes that you can ride into the desert, with lots of little things to spot along the way . Miniature rideable trains criss-cross their way out into the desert and back for a wonderful journey that kids and adults alike will thoroughly enjoy.
