We had the best time ever here.. my son is 6yrs old and my grandson is 7yrs old. My son loved this place so much.. he wants to be a train conductor someday. Everyone was super sweet and well majored and festive and happy. The layouts were super beautiful and cool to see running.. my son was in his glory when the gentleman asked him to drive the cookie train and then he got to meet Santa and we LoL when Santa told our son that he oy gets half of a Lego set since he wasn't good all year long and only half the year. My son came up to us and said, well that's it. I have to be better next year Santa is only bringing me half of a Lego set. Sant told him that he could drive his own train and he lit up with joy and his heart warmed up and he went to drive his 1st train. This was so fun!! I really can't believe it's free! Be prepared for a little wait, and then when it's your turn, you sit in the little train and head off - at a fun speed! - for a 20 minute ride! It's fun and relaxing at the same time. :) I definitely gave a donation after because there really should be an entrance fee!! After riding the train, my girls loved walking around the little Western village and playing pretend.
My only complaint is that babies can't ride if they can't walk, which was not currently stated on the website. But it's surprising because a baby strapped to a carrier on someone's chest or back shouldn't be a problem at all, but my husband had to stay back...

I can't say enough about this place. First of all... AWESOME!!! Second of all, the best staff who are all friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. They really love what they do and it shows in the actions.
I took my son here and we had a blast! He LOVED this place... got a chance to ride the small trains but also they have a room with an incredibly elaborate and details toy train set up! The staff member held my son up so he could get the best view of the toy trains!
