I have to rate this according to arizona theme parks. Being that it is by far the best arizona has to offer, I have to give it a 5 start, yet being from California, it does leave a little to be wanted. Great experience besides the poor instructions for lines on a few of the rides. The rest was awesome. Be ready to spend a small fortune but have many fun memories to show for it.

Talk about a disappointment! This place is dirty, run down, not enough staff working with broke down rides! They open at 11am and close at 7 on Sunday’s. The parking was a joke. After paying $20, I made my way to the right hand parking lot which was already full but I had no idea?! I then had to proceed back in line to get to the other side which wasted more time. They really needed someone out there to coordinate the parking situation. It was absolutely frustrating that I was charged for that type of accommodation when it wasn’t one.

The wave pool was broken, but no one told anyone that, people just waited mindlessly in dirty stagnate water. Finally they blew their whistles and had everyone get out after they had been wading around for it to start and never did. The lazy river was also closed off, (apparently there was not enough staff), and also another slide section was closed off due to maintenance?!

The only thing functioning were these big slides with hour long lines and the kiddie pool. This whole place was a waste of time and money from the get go! Won’t ever be coming back! Very upsetting especially since I wanted to celebrate my kids bday today, but no one was having fun so we left an hour after...

The ladies at the entrance wanted my phone to put a meal on my season pass. They didn't put the meal on my pass, refused to give me back my receipt and my son says they could have stolen my information or sent themselves money through an app. They sent me to guest relations after and said the guy would know why I was coming to him. He didn't know why I was sent to him, but he was polite and helped me. All because I received a free meal receipt and the cafe couldn't ring it up. They said my receipt was old and needed to be renewed. The guy at guest relations said that is not true. And the guy who gave it to me in the first place also said I could use it anytime. Also the double ride for parents and little kids was being restricted to a very specific height. Last year parents could ride with their child. This year they say the kids could flip over, but they want them to ride by themselves in a double tube that could trap them under water if they slip in too far. Weekend workers are either not being trained or are not being supervised properly. It's very...

I never EVER leave reviews. But please, save your money and your sanity and DO NOT visit this place. It’s two miles from my house, and with 4 kids, would’ve been PERFECT for us during the summer heat! When a ride breaks, they do not fix it until the following year. It just remains closed. The bathrooms? Never toilet paper. Actual poop smears on walls. I’d have taken a photo, but this review would’ve probably been taken down. The water is CLOUDY! Bandaids and hair! Every single trash can overflowing onto ground. You can’t bring in your own food- of any kind. Not even for small children. The cheapest food item I could find was $18. The parking is horrendous. They block off HALF for employees that leaves 50+ unused spots. The one positive thing I have to say about this place is they do have a proper amount of life guards at...
