I recently had the pleasure of staying at Agave The Arizona Spa at Westin Kierland Spa and Resort, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! This luxurious retreat not only offers stunning accommodations but also boasts exceptional spa services that truly elevate the experience.
The spa is a serene oasis, offering a wide array of treatments that cater to individual needs. From relaxing massages to rejuvenating facials, each service is expertly delivered by skilled professionals in a tranquil environment. I indulged in a signature massage, and it was one of the best I’ve ever experienced—perfectly tailored to ease tension and promote relaxation. The calming atmosphere, combined with soothing sounds and scents, made for an unforgettable escape.
Equally impressive is the resort's pool area. The spacious, well-designed pools are perfect for both relaxation and family fun. With plenty of loungers available and lush landscaping all around, it's an ideal spot to soak up the sun. The pool staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a perfect day by the water.
For anyone seeking a getaway that combines luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service, Agave The Arizona Spa at Westin Kierland Spa and Resort is the perfect destination. Whether you’re there for a weekend retreat or a longer vacation, the spa and pool facilities will leave you feeling rejuvenated and deeply satisfied. I can’t...
Read moreMy husband & I were on vacation and made massages appointments with the owner two days in advance. We never received a confirmation like she said we would which was fine. When we arrived 15 minutes early the lights were off & the door was locked. We waited for 10 minutes past our appointment but no one came to the door or answered the phone. While we were waiting we made 2 trips to the front desk to ask questions. One of the gentleman was finally able to get ahold of Lisa & listen to her tell him what was going on. When we got back down there she explained that she was booked 5 massages for the day & 2 cancelled this morning & she can’t do that much right now because she just got over COVID. Not something I really wanted to hear from someone who is about to massage my body. My husband and I were a little confused now. Now my question is, which spa massage owner is going to leave a massage therapist that just recently got over COVID, working so closely alone all day on customers? Needless to say she gladly canceled us. However I do believe the communication needs to improve & maybe hiring more therapists to fill the need. She also didn’t seem very eager to want to work which made you wonder if something else was wrong there. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. We ended up having our reservations at Hotel Gage come through on...
Read moreMy husband and I had a couples massage here yesterday. With 20% gratuity included, for a 50 minute massage, it was around $400. That’s a lot. And I expected a lot in return. Sadly, and this is not necessarily the Spa’s fault, but the “relaxation room” was anything but. 5 very loud women would not stop loudly talking and laughing and honestly it was annoying. A staff member did come in the middle of the ruckus but didn’t do anything. There wasn’t even enough seating in the room for everyone waiting. That part was disappointing as was the bathroom that was littered with guests robes on the floor and used sandals everywhere as well as an overflowing hamper full of robes. A sign on one sink stating it was “out of order.” Also no deodorant in the bathrooms for guests, but they did have lotion, etc. I understand it was Mother’s Day and they were busy but I feel that bathroom should have been better attended to. The massage was ok. I said medium pressure and it was for sure just light. She was very friendly and professional. I was just “eh” on it all. Not for the price we paid. It actually kinda makes me sad to think of the money wasted. We don’t do this kind of thing regularly, this was a long weekend away for us without kids. Scottsdale is certainly not short on posh spa’s. I’d try...
