AZ 3D Nail & Spa — Attraction in Phoenix

Horrible, don’t go here they are all about money! Male that did my pedicure was not interested in his job and rude. I asked for the most expensive pedicure (like I do anywhere I go) Pedicure water was ice cold. Never asked is water fine. I had to tell him. Didn’t remove all my nail polish to start off. Had to point to the left nail polish. Barely cut my toenails. They are all Misshaped. No square soft smooth finish. Had to ask him twice to cut them shorter. Hot stones were cold. Massage was done completely lazy. Barely felt his hands. Rolled his eyes while doing it. Literally 15 mins. or less total for the most expensive pedicure. Looked horrible. Wish I would’ve picked the cheapest and got the same I got or might have been worse however, I don’t know how it could be any worse. I was watching the lady next to me (who was also pissed) was getting Trashy service too. Painted my nails rushing. Didn’t scrub off my calluses (which I paid extra for). Feet still feel horrible when I rubbed them in front of him completely unhappy. Told him I was unhappy he tossed me my ticket to pay. Made me get up with wet nails right away. Lady started my nails while I was halfway through my pedicure at the manicure massage table. Which I asked not to happen while on the phone when scheduling especially, since I scheduled an appointment for both services. Moved me quickly with wet nails to her station (the 3rd chair from the door, older women) and did the ugliest nails! Don’t go to her! They WERE THICKKKKKK all different sizes and shapes horrible she was rushing so much and fast she even hurt me numerous times with their tools made me bleed. Didn’t care when I said ouch. Never asked once if I was happy. When I looked at the nails almost done I said these are bad. The male in the first chair by the door I think the manager walked over looked at my nails about to laugh about how bad they were his eyes opened wide but didn’t say anything. Walked away shaking his head. I had to be my own advocate. I asked her to file them down and she did it so fast nothing got filed. She went quick with the oil missing my whole nails. She was so mad, shaking, and her heart was pounding out of her chest trying to go as fast as she could. They look like press on nails from Walmart but WORSE! So many upset customers were in that place. Complaining about the nails and toes. Everyone is rude. They throw the ticket at you to pay. No smiles. They don’t care if your unhappy. They only focus on Money. Get you in and out with trash service and no care, talent, or skill! At least be good at it if your going to be rude. I wouldn’t care so much on the rudeness if my nails and toes looked good. So many bad reviews on here! I should’ve done more research before coming here. I spent an hour cleaning up her drips and smears around my nails and hands because she was in such a hurry. Under my nails aren’t smooth or soft. Go somewhere else! Not worth it. I dont care the amount of money I’m charged I’ll pay money and tip big! At this place though it’s not worth it! Trust me when I say it. Read other reviews they are all the same. Older pregnant female was rude next to the older lady doing my nails. Told me to go wash my hands and pay when I said how bad my nails looked. They are bigger then my nail bed on top of my skin over my cuticles. None of them are the same length. Both hands look completely different! I mean ridiculous. I left crying. Paid cash like they were asking me to which I also think is questionable! Everyone leaves unhappy! I got my nails and toes fixed 2 days later and they laughed at how bad they looked and asked if a 2 year old did them just a joke! They said it take longer time to file them thinner and smooth then out and they were rushing for more money and not caring about what they were doing. They even said my nails didn’t look like someone that went to school to do it maybe taught by other people in the shop. Just don’t waste your money and go down the street anywhere but here. You will leave unhappy with more horrible nails and toes then you...

I witnessed a bad situation last week. A woman was there for a scheduled appt when I arrived and she had been waiting. She was later called by her nail tech only to pushed off to another tech for her pedicure beccause the shop had fallen behind on fills. The customer agreed that it was ok. The nail tech took the walk-in and did her nails. When the customer finished with her pedicure, the nail tech, who I later found out was Kathy, kept answering the phone taking time away from the customer. A young girl walked in for waxing and again Kathy tells the customer that she had to wait while she did eyebrows. The customer was upset in that she mentioned to me that she was on her way out of town and was getting engaged that evening and now she was going to be late. The customer got up and went to tell Kathy that was just going to pay the bill cause she had to go and Kathy started yelling at her telling her "Your rushing me I am trying to do a good job on your nails!" Funny because Kathy spent little time on this customer. I love the job that this salon does on nails but the customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!! You do not yell at customers and disrespect them in anyway especially when its the salon's fault for running behind not the customer. Its sad that this salon has reverted to treating people with disrespect. I have witnessed this on more that one occasion. After Kathy yelled at this customer she stated its ok Kathy I dont have to come back. Kathy finished her nails and did not apologize for what I call "ghetto attitude". As the woman left to pay her bill Kathy started talking to co-workers in their native tongue about the woman. Another very disrespectful thing to do but it happens all the time. :( I have read on Google and Yelp that other customers have had experiences with the disrespect that they receive or have witnessed.

Maybe Richard and Holly will see that they have a "gem" in this place but slowly they are ruining a great business with this kind of treatment and behavior. Richard and Holly are wonderful people.. I just read the responses from Richard from other review or complaints and in every response AZ3D nail finds fault in the customer. Again, this is not right nor professional. "Do unto others ..." Just a thought.

I hope that the woman who was mistreated made it to her destination and I wish her the best on her new engagement!!!!! AZ3D Nail should offer her a free fill and pedicure! That is the right...

After getting a gel manicure here for a few times my nails started braking and getting very thin . This time I asked Vivian not to use too much of a machine to take the gel off. She was scraping the gel off my nails like she was mad and didn’t even care or enjoys what she’s doing for living . I saw my actual nail surface coming off with the gel . Then she said I’ll have to get a dip and it will be $ 50 and and they can’t repair my tearing nail . I don’t like a dip period . I got fungus before from the dip because my hands are constantly in the water due to the industry I’m in . I am an Aesthetician . I can’t have sns on my nails . I told her that . No reaction .. Sometimes I go to another place next to my work in Scottsdale when I’m in the area and they were always able to fix the tearing nail with the powder or another material and put the gel on top . Well .. long story short . I ended up leaving , because they don’t know how or don't want to do certain things other professionals are able to . They refused to fix it . They said it’s impossible and if other places can do it I should go to other places . I left ... And they were very rude about it . They were very rude to Me and got mad because I didn’t want to do an SNS dip which i can’t stand how it looks and I had complications from it before and they were gonna charge me $ 50 for something I don’t like and didn’t want to get at the first place . They are always rude and not friendly and overcharge you with little things compare to other places . Never make you feel good . They have no skills how to communicate with costumers like they hate their job , people or something . They only communicate with each other . Very bad customer relations . Well too bad .I ended up leaving and went to another nail place called Tommy nails 5 min away from them and got my tearing nail fixed with the powder on top and Tommy nails finished it with the gel polish on top . I didn’t mind to pay extra for getting my nail fixed with the powder and easily payed $50 for something I really wanted , not for something I didn’t want at the first place . Tearing nail can be easily fixed with the powder for extra $5 without getting SNS . Just because your nail technician doesn’t know how to fix tearing nail with the dipping powder , don’t tell me it’s impossible to get it done and don’t tell me rudely to go to other places or choose another service I don’t want and don’t like, like SND nails in...
