I love Del Taco but this location is ridiculous. It's adjoined to a Circle K, and the fountain drink area was absolutely filthy (spilled liquid everywhere, every surface is sticky and visible dirt on the floor)... Maybe I can give them a pass for that since it may be Circle K's responsibility to clean that area, but you still have to go there to get a drink. SOMEONE should clean it at some point during the day.
I ordered a burrito, french fries and a drink and it took more than 15 minutes to get my order. It was to go, and I was just so ready to get out of there after such a long wait I didn't check my bag. The french fry container was half empty, and when I bit into the burrito, I encountered something rock hard... I'm not sure what it is... It is breaded and I couldn't break it with my fingers. The rest of the burrito is cold and I'm pretty sure there's no meat in it.
I think this is the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I wish I could give them less...
Read moreHmmm. I’m not sure what was worse. The customer service seemed almost intentionally dreary and rude. I felt like I was purchasing an engagement ring from my ex wife for my new girlfriend. Did I personally offend you with my order of chicken tacos or do you guys grace all of your customers with the same dismal etiquette? The fry’s, tenders and my wife’s fish all had the same familiar taste of unchanged fryer oil and unfortunately these may have been the worst fries I’ve ever eaten. The hilarious quesadilla had just about enough cheese to fill a thimble. It would have been thoroughly comical had I not paid for it. Life is getting too expensive for restaurants to be produce such terrible quality food. Workers believe they’re worth $15 an hour with work ethic that I would pay my child 6 bucks for. I suppose I’m partly to blame for being lazy and not making food at home. I don’t suspect this location will be here long. Maybe a nice smoke shop or tax preparation office could...
Read moreFirst time I ate at Del Taco was in Lake Havasu . I have the crunchy taco's. I could not believe how delicious the taco's were. They nothing like Taco Bell. Taco Bell taco had maybe 1/2 of spoon of meat . The lettuce and cheese did not even fill the taco shell. One of the taco's came unwrapped and all of the lettuce and cheese was all over the wrapper. So needless to say I will never go back to Taco Bell. So when I came back to Phoenix I found a Del Taco near my house. I was so happy because I wanted some more taco's. Well needless to say when I arrived home with my taco's from Del Taco I was so so disappointed because I had a deja vu. I thought I came back from Taco Bell instead of Del Taco. All the filling filled 1/2 the taco shell. So I'm guessing it depends on whose working the table knows how to make taco's. Because the employee did not compare to the employee in Lake Havasu. So I'm on the cusp of not going back...
