Updated review: Blake the owner did get actively involved after he saw the signs didnt work right, I will say he was very nice and did admit that the issues were excessive and unexcusable. He did end up getting them fixed and they look and work great so far. While I personally still would not recommend them he did make things right in the end so I will give him him credit for that. As a business owner I never like leaving negative reviews but it happens. I started working with Davis Signs last year for a new business I needed exterior signs for. The responses were pretty slow fromt he sales guy but that seems the norm today but the real trouble started when he told me that they were going to have someone come out and look at the site to make sure they could do the job, my contractors were working on site on the day and no one showed up, the sales guy assured me someone when out and looked at it but her would follow up. A few days later he let me know that they infact did not make it out and they would send someone else out, which they did. Now we clarified with them a number of times that they would be able to do the job because we had some concerns about the way our building was designed and they said yep. So we paid the deposit in Feb and they started working with the town for permits and such which again the communication was delayed and no updates unless I called them to find out what was going on. Fast forward to June 18th they finally come to pre drill for the signs and then come to install on the 19th. Low and behold they put the signs up on the building and then tell me they cant connect them to power because there isnt a way to..... which was the concern we raised many times with them and they assured us it was all good. So now the Owner tells me that either I need to hire a contractor to cut them access panels into the building or if I dont want to do that they will just discount the signs since they can't light them up....... Thats not a solution they have to be lit to comply with our complex and town. So they basically hold you hostage by putting up the signs then deciding they cant actually complete the job unless I pay to fix their problem. They never once took responsibility for this, they blamed it on some guy who now works in Utah apparently. But never once were they like our bad we failed to properly survey the site before telling you we could do this job and your right it is our responsibility to pay for what is needed to complete the job we said we could do. No their answer was "well you pay for our access panels or we are done and your signs don't light" Its astonishing that businesses operate like this, so I paid for the access holes because I had no choice other then to draw out the issue longer. They come and install the power and next day send the full bill and say how would you like to pay. I would 100% steer clear of these people and it seems like im not the first to have a very negative experience with them. When a business takes no reponsibility for their screw ups and puts it on the customer, it sends a strong message of whats important to them. And attached are the photos of the signs after they finish the electrical and supposedly tested the signs before leaving.....

UPDATE 10/04/23 It took a while and several more emails but the company did the right thing and repaired the sign under warranty, which was installed today. The owner Blake also called me today to kindly explain the reason for the defect, his communications with their material manufacturer to try and resolve it, and what they wound up doing. Although it would have been better to know all that a few months ago, I'm satisfied at this point. Prior 2 star Review: I had a nearly $5,000 channel lettering led sign placed on the outside of the building of my business 3 years ago with Davis Signs. The project was delayed because of permits, they had poor communication, and the biggie was they did not realize until they were loading up the truck right before the installation that they forgot to manufacture the raceway to attach my sign to the building, which delayed us days. All of this happened right at the beginning of the pandemic, when there was still a lot of confusion going on, so I gave them grace. I didn't leave a bad review, I didn't complain. We were all in the thick of it and doing our best. However now the blue lettering of my outdoor led sign is turning black, probably baked from the heat. I contacted them Jul 19 to ask about the warranty. July 21 James said he'd check on it and get back to me. I waited until Aug 2, and received no response. I messaged again and was told by James the same day: "I was discussing this with the owner and I don’t believe the vinyl is still under warranty. I am happy to quote doing new faces at a discounted price if you want me to." Which was interesting, because I checked my original work order, I found the brand and color of the vinyl they used for the project . The manufacturer of the vinyl that they used for the lettering says it has an 8-year warranty. So I messaged James back with the information I looked up myself about the warranty. He messaged back the same day and apologized if his "message came across the wrong way". He stated "I am going to get with the owner about it and will get back to you asap to figure out the solution for you. If you can give me a day or so it will be appreciated.." That was Aug 2 and today is Aug 13 and I have still not received any response. It appears that they do not want to take care of this problem or there is very poor communication. I regret having chosen Davis for my sign. I would not recommend Davis signs to anyone.

I’m very impressed with my service! They handled every step, from design consultation and permitting to fabrication and installation, with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Their in‑house manufacturing ensures top-notch quality control. whether it was precise CNC routing, welding, or immaculate painting, the finished signs were nothing short of perfection. The range of services they offer is also impressive: illuminated LED channel letters, monument and pylon signs, custom vehicle wraps, vinyl building wraps, indoor directional or ADA signage. The options are extensive, innovative, and tailored to elevate any brand’s visibility. Davis Signs & Graphics delivered exactly what I needed with unmatched quality and service. With setups like in‑house fabrication, personal oversight, and expert installation, every step exceeded expectations. They offered creative, custom solutions, no cookie‑cutter stuff. I’ll never go anywhere else for my signage or graphics needs! Thank you!!
