I've visited this park on several occasions. The park is clean and well maintained. One cannot be continually vigilant in who comes to the park. So yes they're may be occassions when you arrive and those that have arrived before you, are socializing the way they enjoy life. Does it interfere with the quality of the air flow? Now a days I'm going to say yes. If you don't want to smell the medicinal air quality then this maybe something to adjust to, or speak with management. We dealt with it. But during our event at Eastlake the regulars were very accommodating and our families enjoyed the experience of a great family outing in a great park setting with great air quality. They called me at work and asked me to pick my son up and when I got there they had left with him and there was no one there to answer the door or answer the phone to tell me who took off with my son or where he was taken. I reported the incident to the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation and it took over a week of me calling everyday demanding to speak to someone in charge before anyone addressed the situation.
