I genuinely don't understand how someone could sleep at night knowing they are directly responsible for the death of an innocent 2 year old child they were sworn to protect. Every "firefighter" present that night should be terminated. Sorry not sorry to break this to you, but you do not have the moral compass, the drive, or the gumption to be a firefighter or public servant in any role. I say this as someone coming from a family of public servants that have busted down doors, ripped wrecked cars apart, to run into dangerous situations and save children knowing it could kill them. You couldn't even be bothered to drive a baby to the hospital. This review has nothing to do with the fire department's work, but specifically about the customer service at the front counter. There are 2 windows, and three people working in the front area. One window was full of a customer being serviced. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while 1 lady found it more important to complain about how much mail she had to sort through, but still made time to answer the phone and help those customers. I continued to wait. She then left her desk, walked out of the room, as I sat and waited for the first customer to finish. Why are there 2 windows available if you are going to ignore your customers and let them sit and wait? It is unfortunate when people forget the importance of the customer. I hope this issue...
