I usually come through the drive thru & never sit inside. Today my family & I decided to sit inside so we can enjoy fresh fast food not the stuff you get when you get home. Anyway, the food was hot & nothing to complain about there. My complaint is with the staff & how they handle customers. First of all, I know this location is overrun with drug addicts, & homeless people but that doesn’t mean every person who walks through the door shouldn’t get treated with dignity & respect. I asked the lady if I could have they code to the restroom, she said “we haven’t been able to find the key.” I wasn’t personally asking to use the restroom, but my 4 year old daughter was. She then spoke in Spanish to another employee “The little girl needs the bathroom.” The other employee then started to look around behind the counter & said to other lady in Spanish “I can’t find the key.” The other employee proceeds to go behind the counter & find the key in less than 30 seconds. Are you freaking serious?! Which is it? There is no key to be found or you just don’t want customers to use the bathroom? I can only assume because the influx of homeless traffic this location may receive & that’s why you may not offer public restrooms, but don’t lie to my face that you can’t find the key then proceed to speak in Spanish to another employee. Do you know Spanish is one of the most common languages in the world? And just because I am a Native American woman doesn’t mean I don’t understand what you are saying. There is a clear sign THAT STATES “RESTROOMS ARE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY”, so don’t lie to customers that you can’t find the key because employees don’t have a restroom in the “back” to use. They have to use the restroom customers use as well, I also worked fast food so I am aware that is the case for more fast food employees. Get your customer service together, we are still HUMAN...
Read moreWhat a nightmare!! I stopped here to get some lunch and use the restroom. I apparently made the mistake of asking for bathroom access first(employee has to unlock bathroom). When I asked the lady at the counter she told me "it's only for customers" she already assumed I just wanted a public restroom. I told her I'll order after cuz I had to go to the restroom very bad and it was an emergency. She did not care. She then forced me to order first so I told her a large fry and a soda and put 7$ on the counter and she said it's not enough so I walked back to her and left 5$ more. She finally then unlocked the restroom and when I can't back there was no change so I asked the manager on shift where my change was and he laughed and said someone took it. It wasn't untill I got agravated and said someone better find my money did he then say he was kidding then have me my money. He then started to laugh again. This is not how you should be treating ANYONE let alone your customers like that. This was on 1/29/22 at...
Read moreBeen to this location twice, and the experience was terrible both times. I don't expect much from a fast food place, but I do expect it to be somewhat fast. Went thru the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to get our food. The second time we ordered 4 tacos and a curly fry. We asked for ranch to go with it. They asked us to wait in a parking spot, so we did. After the time went by I went inside to get my food, which was just sitting there. I asked if they put the ranch in the bag and they said they did, so I left. After leaving I discovered they gave me no ranch, and I only got 3 tacos instead of 4. The tacos were also missing the taco sauce, so I guess it was a good thing they gave packets of taco sauce that we didn't ask for. The food was also cold, so clearly my order was ready much earlier and they forgot to bring it out. Do not go to this location! Go another 2 miles to another one. You'll...
