Lookout Mountain Golf Course — Attraction in Phoenix

Played this course many times but this last time I called to get reservations and they told me with the morning frost their may be delays but they would give me a conformation email of my tee time. I never received a verification email so we thought that there was an issue. They ended up charging my account. I called and the guy that works in the shop said I called in so that’s all that is needed I asked to speak to the director so he transferred me and I left a voice mail. Never received a call back. 5/22 The guy in the pro shop answers the phones and doesn't let you say anything before putting you on hold for 10 minutes. He also transferred me to another department that wasn't even open yet without discussing what I needed. The restaurant area was also slow, with one person working. The address to the course isn’t where you check in. They have 100 extra carts and an open tee sheet but make you ride in same cart as a random if you book as a single. Dead spots throughout course, should be in way better shape for the time of year. Don’t pay full price only play if you have the Troon access card...
